Edwardian sterling silver "carpenter's" pencil with a sliding push action mechanism. Made by the renowned Sampson Mordan company whose founder was a co-inventor of the first patented mechanical pencil. The pencil has a bale, so it can be worn as a necklace in Mad Men style.
