Early 20th century small round Italian micro mosaic brooch. Decorated in a blue palette with a floral bouquet design to the centre and stars around the edge. The body of the brooch is trimmed with an applied twisted rope border. There is a C-clasp on reverse which was used on antique brooches.

Very good antique condition. Some tiny losses to mosaic around the edge; tarnishing to metal; the twisted rope border was not evenly applied by the maker of the brooch.
