Art Deco sterling silver dressing table lidded pot raised on a stepped pedestal foot. The toilet box has guilloche enamel decoration to the cover of pink flower garlands against a white ground. The inside of the bowl is gold-plated and the lid has an inbuilt mirror on the interior side. The base of the foot is lined with Bakelite.
Made in Sheffield, 1922; maker’s mark rubbed.
