George III Spode porcelain Imari spill vase / matchpot
Beautiful Spode porcelain spill vase or matchpot dating from the Georgian period. Painted in bright colours of cobalt blue and burnt orange and richly gilded in the style of Japanese Imari ware, this trumpet shaped vase is decorated round the top and bottom with ornamental borders, and adorned with flowering shrubs and a fence on the body.
