Charming 9ct gold matchbook holder. This delightful item, dating back to the late 1930s, serves as an ideal matchbook case, offering both functionality and elegance. Can also be used as a cigarette or card case, or to store stamps or anything compact you might urgently need with you!

Rectangular bevelled body is decorated all over with an Art Deco engine-turned design. The hallmarks and maker’s marks, including the rare Chester mark, are located on the inside of the case.

The hinge and clasp are in excellent working condition, ensuring both durability and convenience.
